I'm Federica, Italian, and I'm 20. I'm starting this tumblr because I want to be healthy, but I can't do that alone, so I'll try to stay motivated and to be strong through tumblr. I just try not to care about weight, but I'd like to reach 120 lbs. Actually I'm not overweight, but I'd like to be better. Just want to try to live healthy. I have diabetes, so I really have to take care of myself. And even if I hadn't it, I'd really like to stay fit.
